One of the most important aspects of ANY business is having customers. It sounds obvious, but it’s easy to get lost in the details and forget to focus on building your SOI. SOI, or Sphere of Influence, is all the people that are future customers, past customers, current customers, and catalyst customers (anyone that knows you’re a real estate agent and recommend you to a new customer). Veteran agents know, it can take hundreds of contacts to reach just one closing. We recommend you try to either reach out to new clients or touch base with your current clients at least 50 times per week. Try your best to reach that number and stay consistent!
